* Between 20K - 50K base + uncapped commission * £50-80k OTE Year 1; * Opportunity to grow your own desk and team; * Opportunity to work both Contract and Permanent markets; * Opportunity to work with any Client you wish, with no Geographical, Industry or Market restrictions;
We are looking for 360 degree recruiters, therefore your previous recruitment experience must show examples of developing cold-clients into key-accounts, as well as writing job ads/client mail shots, marketing of CV’s to clients and securing client meetings.
You must have minimum of 1 years recruitment experience, and we will consider all kinds of recruitment backgrounds. |
